Tiffany Canady, MSW is a 2021 graduate of Troy University. Tiffany's goal is to professionally guide individuals and families with individualized treatment plans to facilitate improved life circumstances, self-determination, and to lead full productive lives. Tiffany successfully completed 200 hours of vinyasa yoga teacher training as well as mindful yoga therapy including mindfulness and meditation practices.
Tiffany's experience includes working with children, adults, military, and veterans. Tiffany grew up with a military lifestyle and is familiar with the experiences our Veterans and military families endure. Tiffany treats mood disturbances, depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, grief, ADHD, parenting skills, emotional/physical/mental abuse, PTSD, trauma, marital issues, and anger issues.
A patient centered approach is utilized to facilitate psychotherapy treatment plans incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational enhancement, Dynamic, Holistic, Interpersonal, Anger management, Behavioral, Parental skill training, problem solving, solution focused, stress management, anxiety reduction, emotional regulation, trauma, grief, and EMDR. When not working, Tiffany enjoys spending time with family, traveling, crafting projects, home improvement projects, shopping, and testing new recipes.
